Vishoka meditation is a system of yogic practices that lead to a state of inner radiance and joy.

It is based on the principle that the mind is constantly bombarded with thoughts and emotions, which can cloud our awareness and prevent us from experiencing true peace and happiness. Vishoka meditation teaches us how to calm the mind and focus our attention on the present moment, which allows us to access deeper levels of consciousness. There are 4 component practices and each contain a systematic set of techniques. Please register and attend Breathing and Relaxation workshops prior to registering for Main Body Techniques and Practices. This meditation style is Patanjali's Yoga Sutras come to life through you; yogic meditation rooted in classical texts.

It is my pleasure to offer this set of practices as a Certified Vishoka Meditation Teacher who has experienced the fruits of this practice.
