Our lives are often on auto pilot from the learned behaviors, self-designed coping mechanisms and unhealed places within. In this 12 week guided program you will learn practices from the ancient system of classical yoga and modern holistic healing principles; both of which current neuroscience is proving valid to reduce pain, manage anxiety and assist in resilience to stressors. "Living Your Best Life" is created and guided by Keira Lynn based on 30 years in her professional private practice dedicated to transformational and healing arts. This course will produce new habits and outcomes through systematic practices that you bring into your own home. Each week requires no more than one hour of learning in this self paced course and about 20 minutes of sustainable practice outside of "class" as you create your own home practice. A private online community within the program will provide resource through positive group interactions. This is self paced through the week with no mandatory meeting times.
